Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.

Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.

Terms of return of goods of proper quality

In accordance with the "Law on Protection of Consumer Rights", buyers of our store have the right to exchange or return the goods purchased from us within the first 14 days after purchase. You can return the goods or exchange them if: - the goods have not been used and do not have traces of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.; - The goods are fully completed and the factory packaging is preserved; all labels and factory markings are preserved; - compliance with the product appearance and its consumer properties. Delivery for exchange/return of the goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.

In accordance with the Law "On Consumer Protection", a company may refuse a consumer the exchange and return of goods of proper quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
